At Cedar Springs Camp, we understand that personal belongings hold special meaning for our campers and their families. While camp life is full of adventure and activities, we recognize that items can sometimes be misplaced. This Lost & Found system represents our commitment to helping reunite found items with their owners whenever possible.

Important Policy Information

Camp Responsibility

Cedar Springs Camp is not responsible for personal items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during camp activities. We strongly encourage all campers to:

• Label all personal belongings with their name
• Leave valuable or irreplaceable items at home
• Keep track of their belongings throughout their camp experience

Found Items

When our staff finds items around camp, we make every effort to:

• Collect and catalog found items in our Lost & Found system
• Photograph items and add them to this online catalog
• Store items safely until they can be claimed

No Guarantees

Please understand that:

• Items displayed on this website may no longer be available
• Not all lost items will be found or turned in to Lost & Found
• Items may be claimed by others if ownership cannot be verified
• We cannot guarantee the condition of found items

Claiming Items

In-Person Pickup Only: All items must be picked up in person at our Lake Stevens location. We are unable to ship items under any circumstances.

• Items can only be picked up during regular camp office hours
• Parents/guardians may pick up items on behalf of campers
• Please be prepared to describe the item in detail to verify ownership

Item Retention

Due to limited storage space:

• Items are typically kept for 30 days after the camp session ends
• Unclaimed items may be donated to local charities
• High-value items may be kept longer at our discretion
